Working out at home

I prefer to workout at the gym
There is so much more motivation at the gym
But today required a workout at home

So I laced up my sneakers
pulled out the yoga pad
and my measly 5lb weights
But when you do high reps....
those 5lbs quickly feel like 15lbs

So tonight my workout consisted of
Sit-ups/Ab Work
Chest-Press
Tricep Extensions
Bicept curls
hammer curls
squats
and lunges

I was working a sweat by the time I was finished
So, regardless if in the gym or at home
I got my sweat on today!
